Information on nine unannounced LEGO sets reportedly targeting a January 2027 launch has surfaced online. All of the newly leaked products are believed to be part of LEGO’s Star Wars theme.
Dating back to the 1990s, the Star Wars line is by far the oldest licensed theme the Danish toymaker still updates today. 47 new LEGO Star Wars sets were launched or revealed in the first half of 2026 alone. More sets are rumored to follow in the second half, while reports of an early 2027 refresh have also circulated in the industry for some time.
LEGO’s Leaked Legendary Pokemon Set Continues an Annoying Trend
One of LEGO’s biggest remaining 2026 Pokemon sets leaks online yet again, pointing to an issue that has been annoying collector’s for a while now.
Early 2027 LEGO Star Wars Line Reportedly Includes New X-Wing and Y-Wing Sets
On June 9, LEGO leaker “got.cooped” listed nine sets purported to belong to the early 2027 Star Wars line. So far, only three have been identified beyond their set numbers, with the wave reportedly including new replicas of Slave I, an X-wing, and a Y-wing. Slave I is best known in Star Wars lore as Boba Fett’s gunship, while the X-wing remains one of the most iconic spacecraft designs in the franchise, commonly associated with the Rebels. The Y-wing is a more niche pick, known for its utilitarian design. The ship has appeared in two notably different forms across the franchise: a classic variant with a more complete outer hull, and the stripped-down Y-wing version commonly seen at Rebel outposts. In-universe, the latter design is typically explained as a practical modification, with crews removing the outer plating to make the craft easier to service and maintain.

The X-wing already enjoys extensive LEGO representation, reflecting its status as one of the most recognizable spacecraft in the Lucasfilm franchise. In 2026 alone, the Danish toymaker released two new models based on the famous ship: 75423 Luke’s Red Five X-Wing Interactive Building Toy and 75460 New Republic X-Wing Starfighter. The former is a Smart Play set, and some of the newly leaked products may also belong to that line. Smart Play debuted in early 2026 and is not officially available worldwide yet, but it is expected to expand in the first half of 2027, with more products and broader market availability.
The newly leaked sets are all said to be targeting a January 2027 release. Based on LEGO’s early 2026 offerings, January 1 is the most likely release date for all nine of them. The sets will reportedly be priced at between $4.99 and $149.99. The former sticker is reportedly attached to the latest Slave I model, implying the upcoming set will be a polybag.

Beyond Star Wars, LEGO’s leaked 2027 lineup so far includes new additions to the Shrek and Super Mario themes, among others. The previously announced K-Pop Demon Hunters and Hello Kitty themes have yet to receive any sets, though both are expected to either debut or be expanded in 2027.
