A new casting credit may have identified another actor who worked on Grand Theft Auto 6. The discovery adds to a growing list of potential GTA 6 cast members, none of whom have yet been officially confirmed by Rockstar.

Video game voice and motion-capture work can take place at various stages of development, depending on the project. Actors often record their lines years before a game is released and well before it is announced, making non-disclosure agreements a common industry practice. Even so, actors bound by standard NDAs are still able to reveal their involvement in unannounced projects, provided that they are vague enough. That has been a recurring source of GTA 6 casting speculation over the years.

American Actor’s Resume Lists Unannounced Rockstar Project

In the latest example of that trend, Philadelphia-based actor Yollecotte Jean has emerged as a potential GTA 6 cast member after listing work on an untitled Rockstar Games project on her public Backstage profile. The CV, first spotted by X user iGrandTheftAuto, states that Jean portrayed “several characters” for the project, with all of her performances captured in February 2025. That timing coincides with public hints from four other potential GTA 6 NPC actors, all of whom suggested that they were involved in the game in early 2025. However, it remains unclear when exactly those four actors recorded their lines.

Nothing in Jean’s listing explicitly links her recent work to GTA 6, making the connection an inference rather than a confirmed fact. Still, the inference appears reasonably strong, particularly because Take-Two Interactive previously said its Rockstar studio family has been focused on the sixth mainline Grand Theft Auto installment since its announcement in late 2023. While that does not necessarily mean GTA 6 was the only project Rockstar had in development during this period, it was ostensibly the only one advanced enough to require voice recording in February 2025.

Jean’s Backstage profile does not describe the roles she performed for Rockstar’s untitled project beyond stating that she portrayed multiple characters. That detail suggests she may have provided voices for background NPCs, such as pedestrian characters, who have traditionally featured extensive dialogue throughout the 3D GTA games. Although Rockstar frequently recasts longtime collaborators in minor roles, the growing scale of its games continues to create opportunities for new performers. There is currently nothing to suggest that GTA 6 will be any different in that regard.

Following two public delays, Rockstar’s highest-budget video game to date is currently poised to launch on November 19, 2026. Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick reiterated his confidence in the latest GTA 6 release date in a recent shareholder letter. The much-anticipated title has so far only been announced for consoles, which are only getting it digitally. Rockstar has not yet clarified whether it intends to release a physical edition later. Its window to do so may be limited, at least on PlayStation, as Sony recently announced plans to stop manufacturing physical copies of new PS4 and PS5 games in 2028.
