Persona 6 is officially coming to the Nintendo Switch 2, Atlus announced during the recent Nintendo Direct. Although no gameplay for Persona 6 has been shown, the developer did include its reveal trailer in the Nintendo Direct along with confirmation that it will be available on the Switch 2. There is still no release date for the game yet, but rumors suggest it could release in Fall 2027.

Atlus Announces Nintendo Switch 2 Version of Persona 6

Part of the September 9 Nintendo Direct was dedicated to the Persona series, including official confirmation that the Switch 2 will receive Persona 6. The trailer shown was largely the same as the Persona 6 announcement trailer from the June Xbox Games Showcase, only this one featured the Nintendo Switch 2. Persona fans are still awaiting more details about the game, including the reveal of its characters, story, and gameplay elements.
