As is the case with a lot of new weapons, they are either too good or too bad. Thankfully, the MORS lies on the better end of the spectrum. Paired with items such as the Smoke Grenade, the players can easily gain a tactical edge over their opponents and swiftly take them down.
Rifles
If players find the sniping gameplay too slow and want to engage in some more action-packed combat while maintaining distance at the same time, then rifles are the way to go. The SVA 545 is currently the most popular gun in the meta, but the good old MCW gives a pretty tough fight too. With the recent buffs to the SVA 545, the weapon has become even more lethal at long ranges, making further widening the gap between it and the other rifles. The MCW has the best TTK with 290ms, while the SVA 545 is not that far behind at 394ms. As far as the SOA Subverter is concerned, it might get outshined by the SVA 545 after the recent changes, but it can still be quite effective and medium to close range. It is crucial to ensure that players deal with the recoil control with some attachments, as it can be a bit tricky to control.
SMG
For all the players who adore close-quarter combat, there are several SMGs that are currently dominating the meta. The WSP-Swarm and HRM-9 are two of the most popular choices currently, especially after the Renetti nerf drastically decreased the popularity of its aftermarket part, the Jak Ferocity Carbine Kit. The HRM-9 is considered one of the best overall SMGs, considering that it offers a good balance of damage, recoil control, and other stats. That being said, if sheer damage is what players want, then the impressive 230ms TTK of the WSP Swarm is definitely much more lucrative. Lastly, the Rival-9 has been a part of the competitive meta for a while now, and not to forget it has the second-best TTK among the SMGs with 287ms.
