Adrian has been writing, critiquing, and thinking about games since he first picked up an N64 controller many years ago. These days he writes reviews, news, and features for Game Rant and believes games should be held to the same artistic standards as books, movies, and television shows. When he’s not writing for Game Rant, Adrian writes even more reviews for Sirus Gaming and likes to get nerdy about tech and retro games at HackerNoon. Outside the gaming world, he spends plenty of time enjoying movies or listening to every genre of music under the sun. Follow him on Twitter for nonsense tweets likely related to Dragon Ball Z, or check out Breadhouse Records for some tunes.
Dead by Daylight is officially crossing over with NieR: Automata, bringing 2B, A2, and Emil into Behaviour Interactive’s multiplayer horror game. While it may seem strange, the new Dead by Daylight collaboration pairs two very different games that share more than their genres might initially suggest.
Dead by Daylight’s NieR: Automata Crossover Adds 2B, A2, and Emil
The NieR: Automata Collection is now available in Dead by Daylight, with 2B and A2 joining as Legendary Outfits for Feng Min and Yui Kimura, respectively. These new outfits transform the two Survivors into YoRHa’s fan-favorite battle-hardened androids, while Killer players get something considerably more frightening. The Legion has received a Very Rare Outfit inspired by Emil, complete with his massive round head and signature grin. Fans should note that this is simply a cosmetic Collection rather than being part of Dead by Daylight‘s next Chapter, so 2B and A2 aren’t standalone Survivors with unique perks, and Emil isn’t becoming a separate Killer.
