The Lands Between is a wretched place where everyone seems to be suffering in one way or another after the events of Shattering. Despite the grim landscape of Elden Ring, there are rare kind-hearted individuals ready to aid those in need, such as Perfumers. These skilled medics mastered the art of apothecary but had to forsake their peaceful craft to join the battlefields. Nevertheless, players can discover Perfumers scattered throughout the Lands Between, either offering aid to the misbegottens or honing their craft through research.
Those who’ve faced Perfumers in battle are well aware of the troublesome nature of aromatics. To wield similar power, one must first collect perfume bottles. A total of 10 perfume bottles can be found in Elden Ring. After gathering these bottles and obtaining Perfumer’s cookbooks, players can craft powerful aromatics. These special items offer beneficial buffs such as attack power boost, increased poise, improved defense, or the ability to weaken opponents with explosive sparks, poisonous mists, and more. Here’s how to find every perfume bottle in Elden Ring.

One Perfume Bottle in Caelid

Although Caelid is known for its tough vibe and scary enemies, it’s the closest spot for players to snag the first perfume bottle. To get to the Street of Sages Ruins, teleport to the Rotview Balcony, one of the first resting spots players discover when entering Caelid from Limgrave.
From here, head southeast to find the Smoldering Wall site of grace. The Street of Sages Ruins is just a bit southeast of the Smoldering Wall grace site. In a corner of these ruins, players will find one perfume bottle along with the Perfumer Traveler’s set.
Two Perfume Bottles in Perfumer’s Ruins

After defeating the Omenkiller, pick up the item to get the second perfume bottle. The third one is just a bit up the stairs on the west side, but watch out for the giant flower guarding it.
While you are in this area, make sure to grab the Perfumer’s Talisman from the cellar under the Perfumer’s Ruins. It’s a good idea to defeat all the enemies in Perfumer’s Ruins, as there are many useful items to collect here.
One Perfume Bottle in the camp north of Altus Highway Junction
