Star Wars: Galactic Racer is one of 2026’s best games. And now, the speedy arcade racer starring the internet’s favorite little alien freak, Biddy Blas, is getting its first quality-of-life update to make it an even better experience for PC players and those enjoying its multiplayer action.

On October 22, Fuse Games announced the first update for its recently released Star Wars racing game. Star Wars: Galactic Racer‘s new patch is now live on console and PC. The big news is that, yes, the studio has increased the max size of in-game parties from three players to six players. Ding dong, pookie!

“Thanks to all those players who reached out to us to let us know that they wanted to share their experience of playing Star Wars: Galactic Racer with more of their friends in online multiplayer. We wanted to bring this update to you as soon as we possibly could,” said the studio in a patch notes blog post on the game’s site. “We can’t wait to see you challenge more of your friends in multiplayer Tours and hear your stories in our community spaces and watch along online.”

Also included in this update are some new keyboard control presets that should give players on PC more options. However, Fuse isn’t done improving the keyboard experience on PC and promises that full key rebinding support is coming in a future update.

Anyway, here are the full patch notes for this new update:

  • Increased multiplayer party size from 3 to 6
  • New keyboard layout options
  • An increase to the number of credits you receive when you join mid-Tour in online multiplayer from 4,000 to 6,000.
  • Transition tidy-ups for Spectator camera view in multiplayer.
  • Removal of the option to ‘Exit the game’ in the multiplayer menu on PC to stop accidental quits.
  • A number of party stability fixes.
  • A fix for a PS5 connection issue.
  • A fix for an issue that would cause an AMD Frame Interpolation game crash.
