A new Genshin Impact leak has revealed more specific details about Clorinde, an upcoming five-star Electro user. Developer HoYoverse has already confirmed that Clorinde will be joining the playable roster in the upcoming Version 4.7 alongside another five-star character named Sigewinne.

The two won’t be the only roster additions in the upcoming update as Genshin Impact‘s social media accounts also confirmed the arrival of a new four-star character named Sethos. The last four-star unit that joined the pool of playable characters was Gaming, who arrived during the Lantern Rite Festival in update 4.4.

Clorinde was officially introduced during one of Genshin Impact‘s first Fontaine teaser videos. Since then, she has made multiple in-game appearances in Fontaine’s main storyline, which portrays her as a skillful fighter and the most powerful Champion Duelist, a group of powerful fighters in the Hydro nation. A new post on the Genshin Impact Leaks subreddit has revealed the majority of Clorinde’s kit. The data was taken from the recently released beta servers for version 4.7.

Genshin Impact Leak Reveals Clorinde’s Abilities

  • Clorinde’s Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attacks don’t include any additional effects and function similarly to most sword users. Her Normal Attack consists of five attacking sequences.
  • Clorinde’s kit is tied to the Bond of Life effect, recently introduced by the new Pyro polearm user Arlecchino.
  • Elemental Skill: Hunt of the Dark has three effects:
    • Wild Hunt – When Clorinde’s Bond of Life is equal to or greater than 100% of her max HP, she will perform a standard pistolet shot. If her Bond of Life is less than 100%, Clorinde will get Bond of Life points when she uses her pistolet.
    • Impale the Night – Clears Clorinde’s Bond of Life and performs a lunging attack that deals AoE damage and heals depending on her current Bond of Life.
    • Arkhe: Ousia – When Clorinde’s pistolet shots strike enemies, a Surging Blade will fall on them periodically, dealing Electro damage.
  • Elemental Burst: Last Lightfall – Clorinde receives Bond of Life points based on her max HP before evading and performing an attack that deals tons of AoE electro damage.

Clorinde’s Dark-Shattering Flame talent increases her Normal Attack and Elemental Burst damage by 17% of her ATK whenever a nearby party member triggers an Electro-related elemental reaction. Her Night Watch’s Yield talent will display the location of nearby resources on the mini-map, with this effect being exclusive to Genshin Impact‘s Fontaine region.

The Lawful Remuneration talent will increase Clorinde’s Crit Rate whenever the Bond of Life value changes. However, this effect can be triggered only if Clorinde’s Bond of Life is equal to or greater than 100% of her max HP. It should be noted that HoYoverse could still make changes to Clorinde’s kit, considering that Genshin Impact Version 4.7 is expected to drop around June 5.
