Rumor: Ghost of Tsushima 2 Reveal Could Be Happening Soon

A new rumor indicates that Sony could announce Ghost of Tsushima 2 soon, confirming the existence of the open-world action game.

Sony revealed its highly anticipated port to desktops will implement the new PlayStation overlay, which will allow players to connect their PSN account to their Steam ID. Players on PC can access the overlay by either pressing the shift key and the F1 key simultaneously or by navigating to the appropriate in-game menu option.

The PlayStation overlay feature will allow users to access not only their PSN profile but also their settings and friend list. Notably, players can additionally import their trophies, meaning users who play on both a PlayStation console and the PC version can progress towards the Ghost of Tsushima‘s coveted Platinum trophy across platforms.

The PlayStation overlay feature is purely optional when accessing Ghost of Tsushima‘s single-player content, and will not affect the achievements list on Steam and the Epic Games Store. However, it’s a different story for Ghost of Tsushima’s Legends cooperative multiplayer mode. Players interested in taking their session online will be required to sign in with their PSN account, whereafter they can play together with both PC and PlayStation users.
