A report from IGN reveals that the PlayStation 5 version of Grand Theft Auto 6 is significantly outselling its main competitor on Xbox. Early pre-order sales figures for GTA 6 reportedly show that the PlayStation 5 version of GTA 6 is already beating the Xbox Series X/S version of the game by a 6:1 ratio. IGN does not clarify whether the sales data includes digital purchases or only the physical versions of the game, though the numbers are likely driven mainly by retail sales. Grand Theft Auto 6 is currently scheduled to release on November 19, with pre-orders available both at retail locations and on the PlayStation Store and the Xbox Store.
