As usual, the drop rate of version 2.0 characters, whether they’re reruns or not, will be increased.
Honkai: Star Rail players are no strangers to leaks from game files or insiders, as they have been treated to many over the past months. Recently, one leaker indicated that the upcoming character Sam is a story boss players will encounter in version 2.0, while another said Aventurine will make his debut in 2.1. Not to mention, these leaks should always be taken with caution until confirmed or debunked by the developers.

A recent Honkai: Star Rail leak from Hiro420 revealed several character presets, which give details on upcoming units’ relic sets and weapons. According to Boothill’s default preset, the character uses a four-star Hunt Light Cone named Only Silence Remains, and his relic sets, Champion of Streetwise Boxing and Rutilant Arena, focus on boosting HP, ATK, and CRIT rate. Honkai: Star Rail‘s Abubdance-type unit Gallagher, on the other hand, wields the same weapon as Boothill, but he utilizes Passerby of Wandering Cloud and Penacony Land of Dreams relic sets that increase HP, SPD, and break damage.
As per the leak, Honkai: Star Rail‘s Robin primarily uses the Harmony-based “Carve the Moon, Weave the Clouds” Light Cone, which increases all party members’ ATK or CRIT damage. Her relic sets heavily focus on HP, energy regeneration, ATK, and SPD. Interestingly, the leak also shows a preset for an unannounced character, named Moze, revealing that the unit wields the four-star Swordplay Light Cone and equips Inert Salsotto and Pioneer Diver of Dead Waters relic sets that enhance Lightning damage. It will be interesting to see if more details about Moze emerge in the future.
Honkai: Star Rail 2.0 has a lot in store for players, with the upcoming version featuring both new characters and limited-time festivities. Several rerun units, such as Dan Heng Imbibitor Lunae and Jing Yuan, will be available to claim for a couple of weeks after the release of 2.0 on February 6. Besides these unlockable items, Honkai: Star Rail will add quests players can complete to progress in the Penacony story.
