Kingdom Hearts 4 has confirmed two important new details ahead of the D23 Kingdom Hearts deep dive on August 15. Although Kingdom Hearts 4 hasn’t yet been confirmed for an appearance at D23, it’s likely that the Kingdom Hearts deep dive panel at the event will include a new look at the upcoming title. This seems even more likely now that two guests at the panel have been confirmed ahead of time.
Kingdom Hearts 4 Will Feature Tai Yasue as Co-Director, David Gallagher as Riku
According to the official D23 app, Tai Yasue will appear at the Kingdom Hearts deep dive panel as the co-director of Kingdom Hearts 4. This isn’t shocking news, given that Yasue has been a co-director for the Kingdom Hearts series since Kingdom Hearts RE: Chain of Memories, but it’s good to know he will be returning for KH4 alongside Tetsuya Normua. Additionally, the D23 app confirms that David Gallagher will return for Kingdom Hearts 4 as the voice of Riku, which again, isn’t that surprising, but with how few returning characters have been confirmed for Kingdom Hearts 4 so far, knowing Riku is back should help fans rest easy.
