The focal point of this build is Blazing Scream, a Hellfire Core skill that sends forth a fiery Demon Skull that deals 130% damage to enemies it hits. With the Skull Splitter upgrade via Lord of Hatred’s new Skill Tree update, Blazing Scream also spawns smaller Lesser Demon Skulls that seek out enemies. This puts the skill in the unique position of being both a Lesser Demon and a Greater Demon skill, opening the door to some interesting synergies.
Command Fallen is the Basic skill of choice on this build due to its excellent Wrath generation capabilities. With how much Wrath the Warlock will be spending to cast Blazing Scream, having Command Fallen to keep this resource topped off will be crucial to this build’s success.
