Final Fantasy 7 fans may want to start saving their money for a pricey new release coming next year. While Final Fantasy 7 fans already have a massive 2027 to look forward to with the release of the third and final installment of the FF7 Remake trilogy, Final Fantasy 7 Revelation, launching early in the year, the latter half of 2027 will see an even bigger release, at least in terms of monetary value. Aerith fans in particular will want to keep an eye on this $2,400 release.
The 1997 classic Square Enix RPG is often considered one of the best Final Fantasy games, if not one of the greatest RPGs, of all time. Part of the love for Final Fantasy 7 comes from its characters, who have been reimagined for the remake trilogy to account for the games’ modernized combat system. However, Aerith Gainsborough remains at the heart of Final Fantasy 7‘s story and is one of the most beloved characters in the franchise, and she’s getting her own special release to commemorate her central role in the game.
Final Fantasy 7’s Aerith is Getting a $2,400 Statue in 2027
Final Fantasy 7 developer Square Enix is teaming up with Prime 1 Studio for the latest entry in its Square Enix Masterline series: a 3D statue of Aerith Gainsborough complete with modular parts. Rendered in incredible detail and with faithfully reproduced designs, this ¼-scale Aerith figure has a planned release window of September 2027. Interested fans willing to part with $2,400 can pre-order the statue ahead of its release next year.

Final Fantasy 7 Aerith Statue Perfectly Captures Her Character
This Square Enix Masterline statue by Prime 1 Studio aims to capture Aerith’s grace and poised presence as an anchor to the game’s party and cheerful support for Cloud. The statue uses a blend of hard polystone for the figure with carefully tailored fabric for her dress, giving the statue a more lifelike look. Individual strands of Aerith’s hair have been painted to give them texture and enhance the depth of her design.
The $2,400 deluxe version of this Aerith statue includes several swappable components so that fans can pose her however they wish. Two different heads featuring Aerith’s eyes open or closed are offered in this edition, along with four different hands, either folded in prayer or holding one of three weapons Aerith wields in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth: Guard Rod, Wizer Rod, or Gambanteinn.
The statue’s base is also designed to fit with the other Final Fantasy 7 figures that Prime 1 Studio has produced, such as Cloud Strife. The Japanese manufacturer is known for its bespoke figures, statues, and dioramas for franchises like Resident Evil, Persona, The Witcher, and more. While this Aerith statue may be expensive, it does ship worldwide, so dedicated fans outside of Japan can still add it to their collection.
