Nintendo and First 4 Figures confirmed that a new Super Mario statue based on Super Mario Bros. Wonder will be released in Q3 2027. Pre-orders for the new Super Mario collectible are now live as of this writing, though interested fans should bear the steep price tag in mind.
Although the Super Mario franchise’s 40th anniversary is winding down, that has not stopped Nintendo from releasing various products for fans to peruse. Later in July, Super Mario and Crocs will team up to bring some new footwear and Crocs accessories to customers. The Super Mario x Crocs collection will go on sale starting Wednesday, July 15, via the Nintendo Store, the Crocs website, and other participating retailers worldwide.

New Super Mario Bros. Wonder Statues Available for Pre-Order
Months after Super Mario Bros. Wonder released its Switch 2 port, fans of the latest 2D Mario title can now pre-order a statue of one of the game’s iconic power-ups. The Super Mario Bros. Wonder: Elephant Mario standard and exclusive edition statues are now available in the US via First 4 Figures’ website as of this writing. The Elephant Mario exclusive edition statue comes with two statues, featuring Elephant Mario and an Elephant Fruit power-up, while the standard edition only features Mario in pachyderm form. First 4 Figures stated that the statues are based on the first level of Super Mario Bros. Wonder, titled “Welcome to the Flower Kingdom.” The standard edition carries an MSRP of $544.99 before taxes and feeds, with the exclusive edition priced at $619.99. Although no precise release date was given by Nintendo or First 4 Figures, the Super Mario Bros. Wonder collectible will ship out to customers sometime in Q3 2027.
Both editions have a promotional period in which buyers can save $20 off the MSRP, bringing them down to $524.99 and $599.99, respectively. The promotion ends on Monday, August 10 at 4AM Eastern, so customers have a limited window to take advantage of it. Additionally, despite the high price tag of the Elephant Mario statue, users can choose First 4 Figures’ “Flexipay” option to pay in equal monthly installments over the span of a year. For example, buyers who are interested in getting the Super Mario Bros. Wonder: Elephant Mario standard edition statue can pay $78.75 at checkout as a down payment and then pay the remaining $446.24 over 11 installments.
Buyers may also make the full payment outright or just pay the deposit at checkout while paying the remaining balance in full when the state is ready to ship. According to First 4 Figures, the Super Mario Bros. Wonder: Elephant Mario statue is 16.9″ tall and 19.1″ wide from trunk to tail. The statue weighs 12.6 kg, which is approximately 27.7 lbs. The exclusive edition’s Elephant Fruit statue, which Mario and other characters can use to assume their Elephant forms, is 8.27″ wide, 11.02″ tall, and weighs only 3.7 kg (8.15 lbs).
Each painted resin statue comes with limited edition numbering and an authentication card. Though the Super Mario franchise is in the middle of a drought, time will tell what Nintendo has in store for fans in the months ahead.
