World of Warcraft and Sirius Dice are teaming up to release some Alliance and Horde dice sets for tabletop enthusiasts and collectors to purchase starting in November. The upcoming World of Warcraft product launch is part of a highly-anticipated crossover with Dungeons and Dragons.
The recurring conflict between the Alliance and the Horde is a core facet of the Warcraft franchise, going as far back as the 1994 strategy game Warcraft: Orcs and Humans. Following the events of World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth, the Alliance and the Horde enacted a ceasefire, with only some smaller skirmishes still left unresolved. Though each faction has sometimes put aside their differences to deal with much greater threats to Azeroth, the Alliance and the Horde still stand ready to fight each other at a moment’s notice.
Dungeons and Dragons x World of Warcraft Adventure Dice Sets Allow Players to Show Their Faction Pride
Soon, champions of the Alliance and the Horde can declare their faction pride with every dice roll taken during tabletop gaming sessions. Sirius Dice is launching Dungeons & Dragons x World of Warcraft dice and tabletop accessory kits starting in November 2026 and continuing throughout 2027. Starting in November, WoW-themed Adventure Dice Sets will be available for $39.99 each at hobby stores across the globe, with each set themed around the Alliance and the Horde, respectively. The “For the Horde” dice set includes red dice with black and metallic etchings on each side. By comparison, the “For the Alliance” set is a mix of blue and gold. Each dice set will include seven polyhedral pieces with custom icons and logos inspired by World of Warcraft. The dice set launch will align with the release of the D&D: World of Warcraft crossover expansion set, which arrives on November 17.

Additional dice sets based on characters and classes from the Warcraft franchise will be available starting in the spring of 2027. Sirius Dice also confirmed that some Dungeons and Dragons x World of Warcraft blind packs will be available starting in March 2027 for $19.99. Each blind pack will include a premium dice set and storage case based on WoW‘s iconic characters, classes, and factions. An oversized D20 die will also be available for $54.99 in March, with an image of an Orc Grunt and a Human Footman to represent the Horde and the Alliance, respectively. Finally, some character-themed mini dice cups will be available in the summer for $19.99 each.
The upcoming World of Warcraft expansion for Dungeons and Dragons will include 13 character classes, nine subclasses, and 40 specializations for players to pick from. Although the first map pack will be based on Icecrown Citadel from the Wrath of the Lich King expansion, D&D creator Wizards of the Coast stated on social media that Illidan Stormrage from The Burning Crusade and Legion expansions could appear in a future release.
The dice set launch is part of a busy November for WoW players. World of Warcraft: Forever launches worldwide on November 4, granting active subscribers a new MMORPG experience to comb through. For Midnight players, Patch 12.1.7 is scheduled to arrive later in the fall, followed by the Eclipse content update in early 2027.
