On Thursday, Nintendo announced a big “Customer Appreciation Sale” that will kick off on September 12. The company will be selling digital and physical games as well as other merch and accessories, for up to 30 percent off. And it’s all thanks to “tariff-related refunds” it received from the government. Those are the same funds it doesn’t want to give back to customers and has fought against doing so in court.
