November 20 is Suddenly a Big Day for Xbox Gamers

Xbox fans will get a closer look at a few upcoming games this week, as the next Xbox Partner Preview has officially been scheduled for November 20. This showcase is focused on some of the most-anticipated third-party games slated to launch for Xbox alongside some fresh Game Pass announcements, as well.

The last major Xbox broadcast was the Xbox Games Showcase that took place over the summer, and while the Xbox Partner Preview is smaller in scale, the roster of games confirmed to be part of it is anything but. Xbox has been full of surprises this year, and the reveal of a brand-new showcase this Thursday is teasing intriguing announcements in addition to its confirmed lineup of games.

Every Game Confirmed for the November 20 Xbox Partner Preview

  • 007 First Light
  • Tides of Annihilation
  • Reanimal

The three games being put in the spotlight are a diverse mix of titles. Within the past year, gamers have seen several previews of 007 First Light, so it will be interesting to see what else developer IO Interactive has in store. Tides of Annihilation made waves when it was announced back in February during Sony’s State of Play. This fantasy title inspired by Arthurian legend looks packed with action, and its presence at the Xbox Partner Preview is a compelling addition. Reanimal is one of the most mysterious games of the bunch. Created by the original developers of the Little Nightmares franchise, Reanimal was first revealed in 2024. Its stylistic and gruesome energy is reminiscent of Little Nightmares, but it’s promising something much darker.

New game announcements and Game Pass news are also being teased, so for those eager to see what else Xbox has up its sleeve, tuning into the Xbox Partner Preview might be well worth it. There’s no way to know what games Xbox is hiding in the shadows, but considering the third-party focus of the event, the yet-to-be-announced titles are highly likely to be third-party, too.

The Xbox Partner Preview will air on November 20, at 10AM PST / 1PM EST / 6PM UK and will be available on YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok.

It’s been an interesting year for Xbox. Between Game Pass’ hike in price, the success of the ROG Xbox Ally, multiple game cancellations, and early discussion about the next-gen Xbox, the company has had a variety of highs and lows. Thankfully, the wait for the Xbox Partner Preview won’t be long, and once it arrives, it will be fascinating to see what other games are part of the broadcast’s lineup.
