An Overwatch 2 player has come up with a skin concept that portrays Ramattra as a cowboy. Ramattra is the 36th hero added to Overwatch 2, which expanded the roster of available tanks with a character who has a strong presence in the universe of Blizzard’s hero shooter. Ramattra’s debut was also another interesting moment for Overwatch 2, which now has another hero from Nepal in addition to Zenyatta.
Ramattra is an Overwatch 2 hero with two forms; the Omnic form is used to protect allies with his staff, while the Nemesis gives the hero extra arms and turns him into a threat to opponents. But despite not being a strong hero in the current Overwatch 2 meta, Ramattra is a prominent name in the game’s history. After fighting in the Omnic Crisis as a Ravager, Ramattra becomes a Shambali monk and later takes on the leadership of the Null Sector, a militant group that wants to create an omnic nation. With great creativity, an Overwatch 2 player has given Ramattra a distinctive makeover.

Reddit user FinneganDice shared a new skin concept, this time imagining Ramattra as a cowboy. With a large mustache and a menacing stare, Ramattra’s torso has the design of a slot machine, with the 777 stamped on the hero’s chest. Ramattra’s secondary arms have classic Western references such as playing cards, dice, and casino chips, and two classic cowboy pistols on his back. Ramattra’s skin concept also shows his Omnic form, with the staff shaped like a horseshoe and a dice in the center.

Other Overwatch 2 players praised FinneganDice’s work, and one of the comments noted that the concept reminded them of Muggshot from the Sly Cooper series. Another player expressed their desire to see a western-themed Overwatch 2 season, with heroes like Moira, Reaper, and Mauga receiving skins in this style. Another player suggested adding a battle pass with the same theme, with Overwatch 2 giving new Mythic skins to Ashe and Cassidy.

With their new artwork, FinneganDice creates a skin concept for Ramattra with an eye-catching design, elevating the hero’s original design by making clever use of references. In addition, they made two forms for the Overwatch 2 hero, showing Ramattra as a cowboy in both regular and shiny versions, an idea that would have the potential to become a high-tier skin.
