PS4 and PS5 users can claim two limited-edition race cars in Gran Turismo 7 for free until August 31 simply by tuning in to the game’s World Series streams. This marks the second such promotion for Gran Turismo 7 in 2026, following a giveaway in May.
The World Series is currently hosting its second round in Tokyo, with the livestreams kicking off on August 15. During the opening round in Milan, PlayStation users had two additional freebies up for grabs: the Stealth Model for the Porsche 911 GT3 R and the Toyota GT-One. Now, they can claim two other iconic cars with a rare finish completely free of charge.
Claim 2 Stealth Model Cars in Gran Turismo 7 for Free
To claim both Stealth editions of the Toyota FT-1 and Mazda 787B, players should head to Gran Turismo 7‘s World Map and select the “Viewers’ Gift” banner. The promotion ends on August 31 at 8:59 AM UTC, with the rewards distributed on September 1. Players can watch any amount of the livestreams until August 31 to qualify for the rewards. However, once the rewards are distributed, they will likely have about 14 days to redeem them from the “Gifts” menu in the Gran Turismo 7 Garage.

At the time of writing, an issue appears to be preventing some players from watching the livestreams from within the game. According to developer Polyphony Digital, the banner has been temporarily removed while the issue is investigated. Players should check back frequently or follow the developer’s online notices to find out when the promotion becomes available again.

One thing that makes these new freebies particularly special is that they won’t be available for purchase after August 31. In other words, this could be players’ last chance to add the deep-black Stealth editions of these legendary Toyota and Mazda models to their collections.
Of the two cars featured in the promotion, the Mazda 787B ’91 might be more notable for fans of the Gran Turismo series, as it first appeared in the third installment back in 2001. It is also an iconic real-world racing car, having won the 59th Grand Prix of Endurance in 1991, becoming the first Japanese car to claim the title at the time. The Toyota FT-1 Vision GT has a shorter history in the series, but it remains one of its most recognizable and respected models.
PlayStation users interested in freebies like these should also mark October 3 on their calendars. That’s when the third round of the Gran Turismo World Series starts in Singapore, and developer Polyphony Digital is likely to offer more Stealth coats for popular GT cars to celebrate the occasion, similar to the current promotion. Fans also have the recently teased Gran Turismo 7 August update to look forward to, a brand-new patch that will introduce four new niche cars to the game.
