The Pokemon Company and Yogibo are teaming up to sell a popular trio of Pokemon, namely Gengar, Jigglypuff, and Lechonk, as giant bean bag chairs. The Pokemon recreations are functional and cuddly-looking, but could also serve as decor for fans of the series.

Pokemon and Yogibo have previously cooperated to produce bean bag chairs. Ditto and Snorlax previously got the bean bag chair treatment from Yogibo, though both have sold out since. Pokemon fans interested in buying a nice bean bag chair shouldn’t wait too long, as these new bean bags may also see high demand.

Pokemon Kanto Region Recreated in Terraria

One Terraria player is showing off their creative journey to replicate the Mt. Moon area from Pokemon Red and Blue in Terraria.

The Pokemon Center is now officially selling new Yogibo Pokemon bean bag chairs. Gengar, Lechonk, and Jigglypuff each received a chair that’s big enough for adults to sit on. Each chair reproduces the Pokemon in charming detail, giving fans a jumbo Pokemon plush that’s perfect to snuggle up with or simply sit on. Each bean bag chair features a removable cover for easy cleaning, and has an interior zipper child lock to help prevent unwanted access to the bean bag chair’s filling.

These bean bag chairs are quite sizable, coming in at 30 x 30 x 30 inches each. The weight is also significant, coming in at a whopping 12 pounds. Due to its size and limited nature, the three bean bag chairs are being sold for $299.99 each. All three chairs are set to ship in mid-October, which could see Gengar arriving in time for Halloween for some fans. Unlike The Pokemon Center’s Squishmallows, fans shouldn’t expect these bean bag chairs to be sold anywhere else at a later date.

The Pokemon Chosen for the Yogibo Collab

Although Pikachu and starter Pokemon trios often get the most attention for collectible products, the Yogibo collection hasn’t highlighted them. Of the Pokemon to see a Yogibo collab, Snorlax’s sleepy nature makes it a perfect choice for a Yogibo bean bag chair, and Jigglypuff’s ability to put people and Pokemon to sleep seems like a good choice, as well. Ditto’s unusual design and malleable shape also make it an interesting choice. While Gengar and Lechonk don’t have direct connections to rest or relaxation, Gengar has been an extremely popular Pokemon since Gen 1, and Lechonk took the internet by storm when Pokemon Scarlet and Violet first revealed its design. This popularity likely gave them an edge over other potential choices.

For fans who don’t want to spend this much money, a nearly endless variety of other Pokemon decor options exist. From plushes to projectors, almost every Pokemon has been featured in some way for fans to collect, just as they do the actual creatures in-game.
