The ‘Last Chance to Play’ section of PS5’s PlayStation Plus area has just been updated, revealing the next two games that are leaving the service. These two games are EA Sports PGA Tour and Lost Records: Bloom & Rage, both of which will leave PlayStation Plus Extra in April 2026, sometime before the new wave of PS Plus Extra and Premium games are added on April 21.
Generally speaking, PlayStation Plus’ Extra and Premium tiers have experienced a fairly strong start to the year. While Resident Evil Village and Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth headlined January’s PS Plus line-up, February delivered one of the most requested first-party exclusives with Marvel’s Spider-Man 2. Insomniac’s hugely popular sequel was also joined by acclaimed indie titles like Season, Neva, and Venba. This latest wave of PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium games has been arguably just as exciting, with Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2, Persona 5 Royal, Blasphemous 2, Metal Eden, and Madden NFL 26 all joining the collection in March. Hopefully, April’s PS Plus Extra and Premium line-up will be just as strong when it’s revealed around April 15. But until then, PlayStation only has sad news for PS Plus subscribers in April.
- EA Sports PGA Tour
- Lost Records: Bloom & Rage (Tape 1 and 2)
Two games have just been officially confirmed to be leaving the PlayStation Plus Extra catalog in April 2026. The first of these is EA Sports PGA Tour. The first entry in EA’s golf series since 2015, EA Sports PGA Tour originally released on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S in April 2023. Almost exactly two years later, in April 2025, EA Sports PGA Tour was added to PS Plus Extra. Upon its initial launch, EA Sports PGA Tour performed fairly well critically, with it earning a Top Critic Average of 75 on OpenCritic. That said, it didn’t perform quite as well as 2K’s most recent golf outing, which was one of the free PS Plus Essential games this month. PGA Tour 2K25 earned a Top Critic Average of 81 on OpenCritic.

The second game set to leave PS Plus Extra in April 2026 is Lost Records: Bloom & Rage. Developed by Life is Strange creator Don’t Nod, Lost Records: Bloom & Rage is a choice-based adventure game that sees players assume the role of Swann, a teenager who goes on a journey of self-discovery. Lost Records originally released in two parts, with the first arriving in February 2025 and the second in April 2025. Both of these parts were added to PS Plus on their respective launch dates. While Lost Records: Bloom & Rage – Tape 1 received a ‘Strong’ Top Critic Average of 75 on OpenCritic, Tape 2 received a ‘Fair’ rating of 71. If players want to complete Lost Records before it leaves PS Plus next month, they can expect to do so in around 11 hours, according to HowLongToBeat.
More Games Are Expected to Leave PS Plus in April 2026
While only these two games are confirmed to be leaving PlayStation Plus in April 2026, it’s very likely that more will join the list in the coming weeks. March 2026 saw six games leave the PS Plus catalog, while February saw nine leave the service, and January saw four games make their exit. It’s very rare for less than four games to leave PlayStation Plus in any given month, and while it’s even rarer, that number has very occasionally gone past 20, such as in May 2025 when 22 games left PS Plus.
