A talented Resident Evil Requiem fan has shared their impressive Grace Ashcroft cosplay with the game’s community. With just a few items, this gamer has managed to create a cosplay that is extremely faithful to Grace’s appearance in Resident Evil Requiem.
Resident Evil Requiem has already been a major success for Capcom, breaking huge sales records for the franchise. The game marked the anticipated debut of lead character Grace Ashcroft, whose mother Alyssa last appeared in Resident Evil Outbreak in 2003. The excitement of a new protagonist, combined with the hype driven by the return of fan favorite Leon S. Kennedy, led to one of the biggest video game releases of the year so far. It also had the critical acclaim to back up its huge sales figures, receiving a Top Critic Average of 89 on review aggregator site OpenCritic.
Resident Evil Requiem’s Rhodes Hill Chronic Care Center is a Little Too Good

This Resident Evil Requiem Cosplay Looks Just Like Grace Ashcroft
Redditor FoggyCos shared her impressive Resident Evil Requiem Grace Ashcroft cosplay with the game’s community, receiving hundreds of upvotes from fellow players. The cosplay depicts Grace in her brown leather jacket outfit, and FoggyCos has nailed it. She looks just like the popular protagonist, even wearing her hair nearly identical to Grace’s in-game appearance, holding a flashlight to add some extra attention to detail. To top it off, she photographer her cosplay in a gloomy forest, giving off those typical Resident Evil vibes.
Grace has immediately become a fan-favorite among Resident Evil players, which has already led to many unique tributes to the character. There are other fans who have done their own Resident Evil Requiem Grace cosplay, and it’s cool to see the new protagonist embraced by players so quickly. It would have been easy for Grace to be overshadowed by the return of Leon, but that hasn’t proven to be the case at all.
The Resident Evil franchise recently passed the 30th anniversary milestone. It’s an impressive feat that it still remains so relevant in the survival horror genre. Its ongoing popularity has resulted in a dedicated community online, with many fans choosing to show their appreciation for the franchise in unique ways. Not every fan creation is about doing something in real life. For example, another Resident Evil fan recently recreated Spencer Mansion in The Sims 4, showing what is possible when using another game as the basis for a fan tribute. Given the massive success of Requiem, it’s safe to assume that these kinds of fan creations will be flooding the internet for many years to come yet.

It seems like Resident Evil fans are in for a massive few years. Prior to the release of Requiem, Capcom’s plans for the future of the Resident Evil franchise were leaked, indicating that more remakes are on the way in 2027 and 2028, followed by RE10 in 2029. This was followed by some suggestion that a full remake of the original game is also in development. Rumors should always be taken with a grain of salt, but if they come to fruition, fans have plenty to look forward to from a franchise that continues to go from strength to strength.
