Built in the world lot of Sulani and utilizing the Reef Finery lot type, as well as the TwistedMexi’s T.O.O.L mod, the cute little house sits right along the shoreline, overlooking gorgeously clear waters and surrounded by small yet lush greenery and even a handful of palm trees. The exterior of the home features painted white wood paneling with a semi-wraparound porch, complete with a small cushioned bench and potted plants for an extra pop of color. Entering the cozy build through glass-paned double doors, a small armchair can be seen in front of a simple monitor on a storage counter, with a small step leading up to the bedroom area. The two-poster bed sits beneath a set of fairy lights, just opposite of a moon-shaped cutout that looks over into the kitchen area. A small cabinet with a picture frame and area rug complete the bedroom, which itself is separated from the lounge area by a set of sheer curtains. The kitchen includes a surprisingly spacious countertop, complete with gas range and sink, while a bathroom lies at the back of the kitchen and checks the final boxes for all the true necessities of a tiny home. While it may not be a grandiose build for The Sims 4, this open-concept beach house tiny home certainly packs a punch in its own adorable way.

Even though many fans are still hoping to see a new entry in The Sims franchise, with some even preferring the possibility of another release over more expansions to The Sims 4, plenty of other players are content with testing out unexpected in-game designs and builds that utilize both official and fan-made content. From tiny beach homes to extravagant castles, players continue to showcase the depth and variety of the customization features in The Sims 4, and it should come as no surprise that the game remains as popular as it is years after launch.
