- For instance, this player combined a sneak attack bonus with a very high level character to defeat the Ebony Warrior effortlessly.
A gamer online has shown off their impressive Skyrim achievement, in which they’ve managed to defeat the game’s Ebony Warrior in just a single hit. While Skyrim has its fair share of bosses, this particular clip makes the Ebony Warrior look far easier to defeat than they actually are.
Generally, the Ebony Warrior is seen as one of the most powerful bosses in Skyrim. It’s an endgame encounter, only appearing after the player has hit level 80 to challenge them, looking to be sent to Sovngarde with an honorable death. The Ebony Warrior’s final encounter arrives at the Last Vigil campsite high in the mountains, although combat doesn’t begin until the player actually initiates it themselves. This opening allows players to think up some more creative ways to kill the Ebony Warrior, making the fight much easier to complete.
Skyrim Dragon Fight Ends in Unexpected Heartbreak
An epic Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim dragon fight ends in unexpected heartbreak thanks to an unfortunate stray arrow.
Redditor pawelos4 showed off the cool clip, in which they manage to sneak up behind Skyrim‘s Ebony Warrior before killing them in one hit. As per the post’s title, the user claims that “it’s not that hard with the right preparation.” In this case, that preparation involves taking an unknown potion, which allows the player to hit the Ebony Warrior for a massive sneak attack bonus of 15x. One user in the thread was quick to point out that the player in the clip is level 1337, making them massively over-leveled for the fight, which would certainly be a big help. The clip ends with pawelos4 confirming the clip as being played on Legendary difficulty via the settings menu, which is impressive no matter the build or level.
Skyrim Ebony Warrior One-Hit Kill
Ever since the game’s release back in 2011, players have always been searching for the most overpowered Skyrim builds that change how it plays entirely. For some, this takes all the fun out of the game, and for others, it only amplifies it. In this particular case, if a player can put together a build that can take down even the Ebony Warrior in a single hit, then this same build could almost certainly be used to dominate throughout the rest of the game.
With a sequel to Skyrim currently in development, some feel that The Elder Scrolls 6 will need its own version of the Ebony Warrior. While the character themselves may not appear directly, it’s what they represent that really matters – a final endgame boss to challenge the player’s skill one final time as their save file begins to really wrap up. With this in mind, it’s certainly not hard to imagine a world where The Elder Scrolls 6 has its own version of the character.
Skyrim is a beloved game for a reason. There is so much to do in the game, and with the new anniversary updates, even veteran players will have a fresh experience if they haven’t played it in a few years.
Perfect for players who want to play Skyrim on the go, but don’t have a Steamdeck or another portable gaming system, this deal is likely not going to be repeated until end of year sales start going. Take the opportunity now to become the dragonborn on the Switch!
