PS Plus members get to play free games every month as a part of their subscription service, and subscribers retain access to these titles until they decide to cancel their membership.
Sony recently announced the monthly free PS Plus games for January 2024, confirming that players will get access to A Plague Tale: Requiem, Evil West, and Nobody Saves the World. PS Plus subscribers can start playing these games from January 2, and they will have until February 5 to add these titles to their accounts. Now, it looks like PlayStation Plus members in Japan will be getting a completely different game this month.

Similar incidents have occurred before, as PlayStation Plus subscribers in different regions have received different games in the past. As an example, Tropico 5 was given out as a free monthly PS Plus game for November 2023 in the Middle East, while players in other regions got access to Mafia 2: Definitive Edition.
