A bullet hell action roguelike called Ogre Chambers DX will soon be delisted from Steam, but anyone who claims it before it’s removed will be able to keep it in their library. Ogre Chambers DX isn’t being delisted because it’s a bad game or unpopular. In fact, it currently holds a 91% positive rating from Steam users who have played it.
Developer ANTENNA GAMES has explained that Ogre Chambers DX is leaving Steam because it no longer meets the studio’s standards. The game was released in 2023, and since then, the developer has released multiple other indie games on Steam, with most of them receiving positive user reviews.

According to ANTENNA GAMES, Ogre Chambers DX will be delisted on August 4, 2026. Since the game is free-to-play on Steam, anyone who adds it to their library before that date will be able to keep it afterward. Ogre Chambers DX is a 2D bullet hell roguelike where players control a spaceship and fight against aliens. The gameplay revolves around navigating obstacles on each map while avoiding enemy hordes and taking them down with increasingly powerful upgrades and power-ups.

Players should note, however, that Ogre Chambers 2222 is not free-to-play and costs $5 USD.
The sequel to Ogre Chambers DX was released on June 8, 2026, and is currently available at a 25% discount. However, the offer ends soon on August 5, one day after the original game is delisted.

Recently, a Steam developer made its 2026 turn-based game 100% free to keep. Called Mystic Depths: The Corrupted King, the game will remain free permanently after the developer removed its price tag. On the official side of free-to-keep promotions, Steam users can expect to claim Moonlighter and Deponia in August, though neither promotion currently has a specific date attached.
The Epic Games Store is also giving away three games: OTXO and Sol Cesto for PC users, and Mutazione for mobile users. The next batch of free games on the EGS has already been revealed, and it includes Beacon Pines and We Were Here Together. It remains to be seen whether more games will go free-to-keep for the rest of August.
