Where Winds Meet Launches Season 3 Seek Within with Version 1.6
Where Winds Meet has launched Season 3, titled Seek Within, and developer Everstone Studio has unveiled what players can expect in the new update. It marks the final chapter of Where Winds Meet‘s Hexi expansion and adds the region of Qinchuan. To access the new region, players are required to have reached level 14, completed the Qinghe Main Chapter: By Lamplight quest, and completed the Liangzhou Campaign “Dasan Pass.” According to the developer, Qinchuan is an area where grass, trees, clouds, and mountains meet in “a splendid tapestry.” The region also brings a series of quests, like the Lost Chapter: To Friends, to the End, as well as two new Jianghu Legacy missions.

The patch unlocks a major upgrade for Where Winds Meet‘s level caps as well. Starting with Version 1.6, the max character level has been increased to 95, and the Breakthrough cap has been raised to level 14 Clarity. Gear tier caps have been raised to 91, while adding Tier 86 Arsenal. A new unique World Boss named Snowplum Requiem has been added, with players fighting a pair of sibling musicians who wield deadly weapons with melodies. Defeating the Boss for the first time will grant players rewards like Echo Jades. Moreover, the new Mystic Skill “Idle Wind” lets fans turn into gusts of wind to explore the landscape of Qinchuan. Finally, two new multiplayer campaigns are available at level 91. The Serpent’s Fang trial allows parties of five players, while the Bloodstained Sands challenge allows up to 10 players.
Several events are underway in the coming weeks to Where Winds Meet. Among them is the game’s first half-anniversary event from April 30 to June 24. Players can obtain a commemorative outfit and 15 draws by participating. Additionally, the Let it Snow event introduces the Mystic Skill “Stone Pier,” permanently available after May 21. A new outfit has been added to Where Winds Meet‘s Echo Draw gacha system, with the Rythmic Echo set joining the permanent banner.
