Next year, the Final Fantasy 7 remake trilogy comes to an end with the release of Final Fantasy 7 Revelation. And if you haven’t bought into the trilogy yet, well, you can save a bunch of money on it, as Square Enix is temporarily offering up one heck of a good deal on all three games on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC.
On Thursday, shortly after revealing a big new trailer for Final Fantasy 7 Revelation and announcing the game’s release date of April 7, 2027, Square Enix began selling a new $85 FF7 trilogy bundle that includes digital versions of Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade, Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, and the upcoming Final Fantasy 7 Revelation. This bundle will be available from now until the release of FF7 Revelation on April 7, 2027, so you don’t need to rush out and buy it right this moment.
Then again, if you haven’t played the first two entries in the series, you might want to hop on it soon so you’ll have plenty of time to play both Remake and Rebirth in the lead-up to Revelation early next year.
$85 for all three games is a heck of a good deal when you consider that FF7 Remake Intergrade alone is typically $40 by itself. Meanwhile, FF7 Rebirth is $50 after a price drop earlier this year. So this $85 bundle includes all three games for $5 less than it costs to buy the first two entries. I guess Square Enix really wants to juice the sales numbers for the whole trilogy, huh? Whatever, it works out for folks who waited for all three games to drop before they hopped in. Keep in mind that the version of FF7 Revelation included in this bundle isn’t the $100 version that includes early access to the game or all the planned DLC.
For those wanting to pick up this great FF7 remake trilogy deal on Switch 2, it doesn’t seem like Square Enix has made this digital bundle available on the eShop yet. Not sure if that’s just a mistake or if Square Enix won’t be offering this same deal to Switch 2 owners.
