Two Street Outlaws games for the PlayStation 5 are being delisted on December 31, 2026, according to a late October publisher notice. The PS5 is one of several platforms they are leaving on that date.
Street Outlaws is a Discovery Channel reality TV franchise that debuted in 2013, originally focusing on Oklahoma City’s underground street-racing scene. Its central conceit revolved around “The List,” a ranking of the area’s 10 fastest cars, with drivers modifying their vehicles and racing one another to move up the standings. The series later expanded beyond that format and Oklahoma City while retaining its focus on highly modified cars, drag racing, and competition between established crews. Its popularity eventually led to two licensed video game adaptations from publisher GameMill Entertainment and now-defunct Dutch developer Team6 Game Studios.
Team6 and GameMill’s ‘Street Outlaws’ Games Being Pulled from All Storefronts Soon
Both of those titles—Street Outlaws: The List and its sequel, Street Outlaws 2: Winner Takes All— will be going away on December 31, with GameMill announcing as much in an October 29 notice, citing expiring licensing agreements as the reason. Street Outlaws: The List originally launched for the PS4 in 2019, while 2021’s Winner Takes All has both PS4 and native PS5 versions. Licensed racing games disappearing from digital storefronts after rights agreements expire is a relatively common occurrence. One recent example came at the end of 2024, when numerous NASCAR titles suffered the same fate.
‘Street Outlaws’ Games Also Leaving Xbox Store, eShop, and Steam
The Xbox versions of Street Outlaws: The List and SO 2: Winner Takes All will also be going away on December 31. Ditto for their Nintendo Switch and PC counterparts, which are currently available on the eShop and Steam, respectively. As is to be expected under the circumstances, the delisting will only prevent new digital purchases. GameMill says anyone who owns either title before the deadline will retain it in their library and be able to continue playing it, rather than facing the kind of hard delisting that can also remove access for existing owners.
Physical copies provide another option after December 31, as both Street Outlaws games received boxed console releases. Winner Takes All even has a native PS5 disc, while the PS4 disc of The List can be used on a backward-compatible PS5 with a disc drive. Physical Xbox and Nintendo Switch editions of both games were released as well. Given that Street Outlaws 2 is already almost five years old and its predecessor is about to turn seven, most retailers may no longer have either title in stock. GameMill will also be unable to print new copies once its licensing agreements expire and has ostensibly already stopped doing so. Even so, collectors are likely to be able to find both racing games on the second-hand market long into the future.
While Street Outlaws: The List is technically among the best drag racing games on PlayStation consoles, that is largely due to the genre being fairly niche, thus lacking in many contenders. Neither the original game nor its sequel were particularly well-received in terms of either critic or user scores. As of late October 2026, The List sits at a 3.44-star user rating on the PlayStation Store, while Street Outlaws 2: Winner Takes All has a 3.04-star average, both based on hundreds of reviews.
