Rockstar Games has finally released a new screenshot of Grand Theft Auto 6. Fans have been waiting an agonizing 13 years for Grand Theft Auto 6, but the end is finally in sight. While there are still some concerns that the release date might end up delayed again, Rockstar Games and parent company Take-Two Interactive seem confident that GTA 6 will launch on November 19.
With the Grand Theft Auto 6 release date only five months away at this point, fans can expect Rockstar Games to ramp up its marketing of the game. In fact, it was previously stated that GTA 6 marketing would indeed accelerate in summer, and we’ve already seen evidence of that. While we don’t have Trailer 3 just yet, Rockstar recently pulled the curtain back on the GTA 6 box art, and it also released a new screenshot on its website.

New GTA 6 Screenshot
The new GTA 6 screenshot is taken from a very short video of Vice City at nighttime. The screenshot shows a dock area, skyscrapers, various boats, a ferris wheel, and multiple planes flying in the sky. The lighting in the screenshot is very impressive, though some fans online have complained about the lack of a reflection in the water for the brightly-lit ferris wheel (potentially explained by distance). Regardless, the depth of the city is apparent in the image, and it will be exciting to see more of the game in action.

GTA 6 fans hungry for more information on the game will undoubtedly tear the latest screenshot apart in an attempt to find out more details. The good news is that they should have more to talk about soon, as a new trailer should be happening sooner rather than later. GTA 6 Trailer 3 is well overdue, and with marketing promised to pick up in the summer months, one has to imagine that it will be dropping in a matter of weeks. In fact, it wouldn’t be surprising at all if the next GTA 6 trailer drops as early as June 25.
GTA 6 pre-orders go live on June 25, and oftentimes these occasions are marked by new trailer releases. Then again, since Rockstar Games announced the GTA 6 pre-order date in advance, it’s likely that it would have confirmed that date for Trailer 3 as well if it planned on dropping it then. Whatever the case may be, we will learn something new about GTA 6 on June 25. Even if a new trailer doesn’t drop, we will learn exactly how much the new game will cost, which is theorized to be anywhere from the industry standard $70 all the way to $100.
There’s still a ton of info yet to be revealed about GTA 6. The first two GTA 6 trailers were story-focused, so fans still haven’t gotten a proper gameplay showcase yet, and zero details have been released regarding the online multiplayer mode. Assuming GTA 6 does indeed release on November 19 as announced, fans can expect a lot more than a single new screenshot in the weeks and months ahead.
