Art the Clown and Sienna Are Now Officially in Dead by Daylight

Art the Clown and Sienna Are Now Officially in Dead by Daylight

Dead by Daylight has officially added Art the Clown and Sienna Shaw as the game’s newest Killer and Survivor, respectively. While Dead by Daylight features several original characters, the game has also had a number of collaborations over the years. The vast majority of these collaborations have brought in Killers and Survivors from horror movies and TV shows, but the game has also had content based on heavy metal bands, cartoons like Scooby-Doo, and more.

Art the Clown’s debut in Dead by Daylight comes nearly a year after the character received a video game of his own. In the fall of 2025, Terrifier: The ARTcade Game was released on multiple platforms. A beat ’em up inspired by titles from the ’80s and ’90s, Terrifier: The ARTcade Game allowed players to select from multiple familiar characters from the movie series. Reception to the game was largely mixed, with many complaints leveled at the game’s lack of variety and awkward controls.

He may not be someone you know, but he’ll kill you just the same. This guide showcases the best builds for Dead by Daylight’s Ghost Face.

Following the announcement that Chucky will soon be leaving Dead by Daylight, developer Behaviour Interactive has announced the arrivals of two characters from the Terrifier series. Art the Clown and Sienna Shaw have been added to the Steam Public Test Build, also known as PTB. The Terrifier chapter will be released on all of Dead by Daylight‘s platforms on November 24, which is the same day that Chucky will make his exit from the game. Alongside the new characters, players can expect the new Hartshorne Mall map. The new map has been designed in an effort to meet fan requests for more liminal spaces in the game.

Art has appeared in games like Call of Duty: Warzone, but he seems like a more natural fit for Dead by Daylight. The developers at Behaviour Interactive are bringing some of the villain’s trademark black humor to Dead by Daylight, starting with Art’s Power, Bag of Toys. Art can reach into the bag to pull out a flail, a flamethrower, a firearm, a beer bottle filled with acid, and a bike horn. These weapons become all the more deadly each time Art successfully hits a Survivor with one of them. He’ll also have three perks that are all character-specific: Funny Business, Kill Spree, and Laughingstock.

Sienna Shaw debuted in Terrifier 2, and has been a thorn in Art’s side ever since. The original Terrifier didn’t have much of a protagonist, as Art made short work out of just about every other character in the movie. The villain has had much more difficulty with Sienna, who has managed to overcome every horrible thing that the villainous clown has thrown at her in the following two movies. Sienna will also have three character-specific perks in Dead by Daylight: Best Gift Ever, Shared Trauma, and Valkyrie’s Rage.

The Terrifier series has quickly become one of the biggest new franchises in horror. In particular, Art the Clown has become one of the most recognizable horror movie villains. It makes a lot of sense that Art is finally making his debut in Dead by Daylight, and the presence of Sienna should make a lot of Terrifier fans happy. While players have grown frustrated by the Killers and Survivors that have left Dead by Daylight over the years, it’s clear that Behaviour Interactive continues to look for more characters that fit well with the game and its themes.
