At least five new LEGO One Piece sets are reportedly scheduled for release in August 2027, according to a newly surfaced leak. The upcoming lineup is also rumored to introduce a minifigure of a prominent character who has yet to appear in LEGO’s steadily growing One Piece line.
The information comes from Instagram user BuggyLeaks, a relatively new source of LEGO leaks who emerged in mid-2026 and has since shared details about dozens of unannounced products. As of November 2026, roughly one-third of their leaks have been corroborated by official product reveals. These include LEGO’s sizable E.T. set and a brick-built recreation of Gustav Klimt’s famous painting The Kiss, both of which were unveiled in July, weeks after BuggyLeaks first reported on their upcoming releases.
LEGO Insider Identifies 5 New Summer 2027 One Piece Sets
BuggyLeaks’ latest disclosure came on November 6, when the LEGO leaker identified five unannounced One Piece sets on Instagram. The models reportedly carry product numbers 75648 through 75652 and are all slated for release in August 2027, although their official names, prices, and piece counts remain unknown. BuggyLeaks also claimed that one of the sets will include the first official minifigure of Portgas D. Ace, Luffy’s adoptive older brother. Like their predecessors, the rumored 2027 sets are expected to be based on Netflix’s live-action adaptation of One Piece.

One of the sets from the 75648-75652 range is rumored to include LEGO’s first-ever Portgas D. Ace minifigure.
The purported product numbering shared by BuggyLeaks follow directly from LEGO’s 2026 One Piece lineup, which ended with 75647 Gum-Gum Fruit. The reported release window is also consistent with the Danish company’s established schedule for the theme, which debuted with a seven-product wave in August 2025. Another seven LEGO One Piece sets followed in August 2026, introducing models based on characters and locations from the second season of Netflix’s live-action show. The early November leak therefore points to a third consecutive August expansion of the theme that will presumably focus on Season 3, which Netflix already confirmed for 2027.

The rumored Ace minifigure further strengthens the potential connection between LEGO’s newly leaked 2027 sets and One Piece Season 3. Netflix has already confirmed that the character will appear in the upcoming season, officially subtitled The Battle of Alabasta, and revealed that he will be portrayed by Cobra Kai star Xolo Maridueña. The streaming giant has yet to announce a premiere date for Season 3. With Seasons 1 and 2 having debuted in August 2023 and March 2026, respectively, there is no established release pattern from which to estimate when The Battle of Alabasta might arrive.
Other recent insights from BuggyLeaks include a sizable list of 13 LEGO Botanical Collection sets for Q1 2027 and details about 75484 Anakin’s Jedi Interceptor. The latter is rumored to be the first Ultimate Collector Series (UCS) set based on the iconic Eta-2 spacecraft. Like the third One Piece wave, the new version of Anakin’s Jedi Interceptor is reportedly scheduled for release in August 2027.
