According to allegedly datamined information, ARC Raiders‘ next batch of major updates will introduce some of the most requested features, including clans and trading, along with a new map called Frozen Trail. Developer Embark Studios has yet to officially reveal the rest of its 2026 roadmap. The last time it outlined its content plans was in January 2026, when it detailed ARC Raiders‘ next four expansions, all of which have now been released.
This is not the first time dataminers have claimed to access game files revealing unreleased content. Back in 2025, an alleged breach suggested that after ARC Raiders‘ Cold Snap map condition, players would be introduced to the Toxic Swamp condition. Notably, the supposedly leaked condition was never added to the game, and players instead received other modifiers, such as a hurricane and one featuring flocks of birds roaming the city. That said, this new leak lists the Toxic Swamp modifier alongside upcoming conditions once again and hints at much more.
ARC Raiders Releases New Update for May 2026
ARC Raiders developer Embark Studios releases a new update for its extraction shooter on May 5, with some important bug fixes and QoL improvements.
ARC Raiders Might Finally Get Clans and Trading
Based on the alleged game files, two of the biggest additions coming to ARC Raiders are the clan system and trading. According to the leaker, the clan system will let players team up to grind quests, XP, or money. Each group can label itself with tags like PvP, PvE, Quest, or Any to help others join based on their playstyle and goals. As for trading, the leak points to a new feature called “Speranza Pizza,” described as a location where players can exchange items, though that is the extent of the information revealed so far.

Another notable detail in the leak is an upcoming winter-themed map called Frozen Trail. Based on its name and the limited information available, it will likely resemble the Cold Snap modifier, but in a new location with fresh points of interest. For now, ARC Raiders‘ Riven Tides update has added a new section to the map, which has received mixed reviews from fans. However, the feedback also suggests the community remains open to seeing more new locations introduced.
List of Leaked Map Conditions
The leak also claims that upcoming Embark Studios updates could introduce as many as six new map conditions, including one that lets players interact with the unidentified object first spotted in ARC Raiders‘ Shrouded Sky patch. Other alleged modifiers include Toxic Swamp, Acid Rain, Heat Wave, The Queens, and Repair Extraction.

The leak also claims that a wide range of new items will be added to the game. One exciting gadget is the Metal Detector, which, as the name suggests, would allow players to uncover buried loot and hidden treasures. Two new weapons are also rumored to be in development: a medium-ammo SMG called Stanza and a heavy-ammo assault rifle known as Malleus. Interestingly, the leak also includes a lengthy list of new ARC Raiders instruments, featuring items like the banjo, accordion, harmonica, slide guitar, tambourine, udu, and bongo.
Fans should keep in mind that none of the claims in the leak can be confirmed, and Embark Studios is unlikely to address them. The only way to verify any of it is to wait for the Swedish developer to reveal what’s in store for ARC Raiders for the rest of 2026, while keeping an eye out for subtle signs that could support or debunk the current datamined information. Hopefully, the wait will not be long, and Embark Studios will soon outline its plans for future ARC Raiders updates.
