ARC Raiders Shows Off More of Its Upcoming Beach Map for Riven Tides

With the launch of the highly anticipated Riven Tides update now less than two weeks away, Embark Studios has shown off more of the next ARC Raiders map. Earlier this week, the studio behind ARC Raiders launched a new marketing campaign that dripfeeds players with teasers for the upcoming content update via email, and the latest one includes more images from the shooter’s next map.

Shortly after the massive release of ARC Raiders in October 2025, Embark Studios released Stella Montis, the very first post-launch map. While the studio has continued to provide players with new content in the months since, none of the major updates since November’s North Line patch have included a new map. Thankfully, that’s about to change. While the exact release date for ARC Raiders‘ Riven Tides update has yet to be confirmed by Embark, we do know it’s set to release sometime this month, with Tuesday, April 28, being the most likely date.

ARC Raiders Shows Off More of Its Next Map

After giving fans their first official look at the next ARC Raiders map earlier this week as part of a new email campaign, players have now received another sneak peek at the beach-themed map. In another email sent to players, Embark has included two new images, which can be seen in the post above. The first shows a beachfront with a rocky landscape in the background, while the foreground is littered with ruined beach umbrellas. The second image is much more interesting, as it features a three-story diving board, which many have already predicted will feature a lootable crate on the top, some abandoned water slides in the background, and a dried-up swimming pool.

The email sent to players also includes a cryptic message, clearly teasing the new ARC Raiders update and its upcoming map. “Passed the pool, skirting the ridgeline and down the steps. Picking up a signal near the water. It’s weak, intermittent. Could be old equipment. Following it tomorrow at first light. Don’t tell Shani I came back here. She’ll want a full team – but I want to find something to make this worth my while,” the message reads. It also continues by teasing “something further down the shore,” which could be a teaser for the new large ARC enemy, which will also be released with Riven Tides.

While fans now have a handful of images teasing the various locations for the game’s next map, details on the new large ARC enemy for ARC Raiders‘ new Riven Tides update remain a mystery. Some have speculated that it could be a new flying ARC type after a UFO was spotted soaring through the skies with the game’s Shrouded Sky update, while others believe it will be the Bishop, which has been featured in numerous episodes of Embark’s developer documentary series.

Riven Tides will be the final update from ARC Raiders‘ 2026 roadmap. Embark has been releasing a new content update at the end of each month for the past four months, but it’s currently unknown as to whether or not the studio intends to keep the same pace after April’s big patch. The good news is that the developer has already confirmed that there will be multiple new maps coming to the game this year, so fans can expect more major content updates to arrive after Riven Tides.
