BlizzCon is a big deal if you’re a fan of all things Blizzard, as the weekend event kicks off with a traditional opening ceremony full of announcements and reveals for the company’s biggest games. The show is about to begin, and if you’re curious, we’ll be keeping track of all the announcements as they happen for the 2026 edition.
While Blizzard hasn’t revealed which of its games will be in the spotlight, we’re expecting World of Warcraft, Overwatch, and Diablo to be today’s main-eventers, and if we’re lucky, we might even see StarCraft back in the spotlight. The show will run for around 75 minutes.
Blizzard president Johanna Faries had previously said that 2026 will be Blizzard’s “biggest year yet,” with BlizzCon having a major part to play in those plans.
