Speaking to MP1st, an anonymous Bend Studio employee shed light on what the studio has been working on. The game is set to be a third-person, co-op experience that reportedly won’t be a live-service title, with no mention of whether it will be a new IP or an adaptation. The mystery game is also said to be “much further along in development” than people might expect, following the reported cancellation of multiple games from Bend Studio in 2025, including a live-service game that was codenamed “Mirror Pond.” The anonymous employee also hinted at the game’s release window, claiming it will be both announced and released in 2027.
