Clash of Clans–a popular, free-to-play mobile combat strategy game–has just introduced a “Foot Tribute” bundle, as announced via a recent post on X.
“Live like a Queen,” the post reads. “The Foot Tribute Bundle is now live. Cast in perfect detail, bare and unapologetically regal. A decadent indulgence for the truly refined. Judgment fades, elegance lingers. The Shop awaits your most cultured decision.”
The post is accompanied by an image of Archer Queen reclining on a chaise lounge with her bare feet kicked up, a pose that certainly seems to be catering to some players’ … specific tastes.
As for the Foot Tribute Bundle itself, it’s available for $12 and contains seven Foot Tribute Statues: small marble foot sculptures with golden toenails. These statues have no effect on gameplay and can only be used to decorate the player’s village. Players can also choose to purchase a singular Foot Tribute Statue for $2.
“This is disgusting, I’m gonna save this picture so no one forgets about this sick post,” the official OperaGX account jokingly replied to Clash of Clans’ post.
“Save this one too,” the official Clash of Clans account responded, sharing an additional image of Archer Queen’s feet. “Hopefully, no one else will ever have to see it again.”
It’s a bit late into April for this to be a joke (and the bundle is available both in-app and online via developer Supercell’s web store), so it seems the game’s developers seriously intend to sell these weird foot statues. As for the playerbase, the response has largely been a mix of bewilderment and amusement.
One player aptly summarized things, writing, “Standing 10 toes down … peak trolling.”
