Destiny 2 has a free cosmetic for players to claim, but they only have until July 7 to do so before it’s gone. It’s no secret that Destiny 2‘s Monument of Triumph update has been a smashing success, thanks to Bungie developers’ hard work and a huge amount of new content. Players can farm entirely new armor sets, weapons, an Exotic mission that may be one of the best of all time, and more. The unfortunate reality is that this is also the final update for the game, and it’s clear that Bungie won’t be able to support it even with hotfixes in the future.

Destiny 2 Players Can Claim Free Deadlands Cosmetics Bundle and More From Bungie

Destiny 2 players can claim a free cosmetics bundle from Bungie, including the Deadlands Armor set, sparrows, shaders, and more using these codes.

Destiny 2 NPC is Selling a Shader That Has Never Been Obtainable Before

As reported by Destiny 2 player SeanFrancis on Twitter, the NPC Ada-1 in the Tower is selling a Shader that has never been available before, despite being added to the game’s API years ago as a Festival of the Lost drop. The Shader, called Alchemy Scorch, was datamined almost six years ago and never debuted in the game, but players can now get it for just 10,000 Glimmer. This is great news, as normally new or rare Shaders are exclusive to Bright Dust, but this one is basically free. After all, to get Glimmer in Destiny 2, one can simply play activities of any kind. However, the catch is that players only have until July 7 to claim it, as Ada-1’s inventory changes weekly during the Tuesday reset.
