Altar of Anguish (Andariel) — Located in Nahantu in the Seven Stones region near Kurast Docks
Altar of Lies (Belial) — Located in Fractured Peaks, Seat of the Heavens
Altar of Sin (Azmodan) — Located in Hawezar, Umir Plateau
Altar of Pain (Duriel) — Located in Caldeum, just outside the southern portion of the city

Each of these altars requires players to offer a Purified Essence of their associated Lesser Evil: a Purified Claw of Andariel, Purified Eye of Belial, Purified Tongue of Azmodan, and a Purified Horn of Duriel, respectively. These items are rare counterparts to their corrupted versions that drop when players defeat one of the Lesser Evils in Diablo 4 Season 11. For a chance at finding one of these purified versions, players may need to farm these bosses for some time before they drop.

1 Unique from each boss’s loot table, guaranteed to have at least one Greater Affix
Corrupted boss materials for each boss

There is also a high chance for these bosses to drop Mythics on Torment 4 difficulty.

An exclusive cosmetic mount trophy is an enticing reward on its own, but players farming for high-quality Ancestral Uniques will want to target this event since they are guaranteed one from each boss’s loot table if they’re successful. The Resplendent Spark is also a highly coveted reward, since it is used to craft Mythics and can only drop from a select few sources.
