Epic Games Store users now know exactly which games they will be able to get completely free of charge starting March 5. Every week, Epic Games Store users have a new batch of free games to add to their digital libraries. The list of available freebies is updated every Thursday at 10am CST like clockwork, with exceptions made for special events like the daily game giveaways that make the Epic Games Store’s mystery game promotions so exciting.
The Epic Games Store has been giving away free games for years, and it’s a strategy that seems to have paid off quite well. The Epic Games Store is looking to compete with Valve’s Steam and steal away some of the PC digital storefront market share for itself. One way that the Epic Games Store has done this is through exclusive games, which has proven controversial. A better, more user-friendly method has been the weekly free game giveaways.
Epic Games Store: A Comprehensive List Of Every Free Game It’s Had To Date
Here’s a list of all the games that have been made free on the Epic Games Store. You have until March 5 to get the current free games.
The latest Epic Games Store free games are Boxes: Lost Fragments and My Night Job, both of which are available now until Thursday, March 5. On that day, Boxes: Lost Fragments and My Night Job will be cycled out of the Epic Games Store free games lineup and replaced by the Raistlin’s Renown Pack for free-to-play game Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realm and Turnip Boy Robs a Bank. Epic Games Store users interested in adding those freebies to their digital libraries will need to claim them by March 5, at which point they will be cycled out and replaced by whatever the next free games are. Epic Games Store users should find out about those titles come March 5.
List of Epic Games Store Free Games for March 2026
For those unfamiliar with the latest batch of Epic Games Store free games, Boxes: Lost Fragments is a puzzle game that first released in 2024 to mostly positive reviews. My Night Job, meanwhile, is a 2D side-scroller horror game where players use a variety of weapons to fight monsters and try to save survivors. My Night Job earned negative reviews, especially compared to the positive reception enjoyed by Boxes: Lost Fragments, but it’s free, so there’s definitely no harm in snagging it and coming to your own conclusion about the game.

As far as next week’s Epic Games Store freebies go, the Raistlin’s Renown Pack for Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms nets players Raistlin Majere, Gale, Spurt, Briv, and Ellywick, plus 32 Platinum Chests for each character, two week-long potions, and an exclusive Baaz Draconian familiar. The pack is worth over $100, so while it may only appeal to those that are active playing Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms, it’s still an undeniable value that Epic Games Store users are getting for free.
And finally, there’s Turnip Boy Robs a Bank. A comedic action-adventure roguelite clearly inspired by the Legend of Zelda games, Turnip Boy Robs a Bank is the sequel to Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion. Both games have their fans and Epic Games Store users can see what all the fuss is about come March 5. But while they wait for Turnip Boy Robs a Bank and the Raistlin’s Renown Pack for Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms to be made free, they are encouraged to snag Boxes: Lost Fragments and My Night Job while they still can.
