Fallout 4: Under The Stars has officially arrived, bringing players back to the Commonwealth for a brand-new adventure. This new Fallout 4 quest mod adds a bunch of exciting content to Bethesda’s RPG, focused on the Glowing Sea.
The modding community is a massive reason why the Fallout franchise remains so relevant, despite the very limited releases over the years. While Bethesda takes its time with the franchise’s future, talented modders keep releasing awesome Fallout 4 mods regularly, ensuring even players with thousands of hours in the base game still have new content to enjoy. And after over a decade, Fallout 4 mods are actually getting more ambitious, and the community shows no signs of slowing down in the future.
Fallout 4: Under The Stars Adds New Glowing Sea Content
The latest Fallout 4 quest mod by CSEP Team is called Under The Stars, and it’s available to download for free right now on Nexus Mods. Under The Stars adds a new underground facility to explore in the Glowing Sea, which includes puzzles, a quest, voiced holotapes to discover, two unique weapons, and a brand-new outfit to collect.
Find the odd one out before the timer hits zero.
In essence, it’s a brand-new dungeon to explore that gives players a new excuse to venture out into the Glowing Sea. It’s not as big as Fallout: Detour, another recent release from CSEP Team, but it’s still a great addition that can enhance any Fallout 4 playthrough. While player response to the mod is positive on Nexus Mods, some do note conflicts with other popular Glowing Sea mods, including Atomic World and South of the Sea.
Fallout 4: Under The Stars Key Features
- New underground facility dungeon in the Glowing Sea
- New puzzles
- New quest
- Voiced holotapes to discover
- New outfit and two new unique weapons to discover
There’s something to be said about Fallout 4 mods that improve the game in smaller ways. Not every mod has to be a grand adventure that takes years to develop. Instead, installing tons of small mods can have just as much impact as installing one big one. Fallout 4: Under The Stars definitely falls into the “smaller” bracket, but that doesn’t mean it’s not well worth installing.
It’s no secret that Bethesda is actively developing The Elder Scrolls 6: Sentinel right now. However, the studio recently confirmed plans that point to a promising few years for the Fallout franchise, too. It has officially confirmed that Fallout 3 and New Vegas remasters are in the works, while Obsidian is also developing a game in the franchise. Meanwhile, Fallout 5 is in pre-production, but given TES 6: Sentinel, it will likely be a long time before that game comes to fruition.
