Fortnite: How to Get More V-Bucks from the Chapter 7 Season 1 Starter Pack

Fortnite releases a Starter Pack per season, which gives players the opportunity to purchase V-Bucks at a more affordable price. For only $4.49, players can secure 600 V-Bucks and an entire cosmetic set. This offer is renewed whenever a season comes to an end and is replaced with another Starter Pack with completely different cosmetics.

How to Get the Free Hogwarts Legacy Back Bling in Fortnite

Some players can get a free Hogwarts Legacy back bling in Fortnite – here’s what they need to do to claim it before the offer expires.

The Chapter 7 Season 1 Starter Pack, the Shaka Surfin’ Pack, includes a skin, a back bling, a pickaxe, and 600 V-Bucks. However, some players will be able to get an additional 400 V-Bucks from this pack. This guide explains who is eligible to claim a total of 1,000 V-Bucks with the Fortnite Starter Pack.

How to Receive More V-Bucks from the Starter Pack in Fortnite

Fortnite Starter Pack 1000 V-Bucks offer

The Shaka Surfin’ Pack rotated onto the Item Shop the first week of Chapter 7 Season 1. It was like any other starter pack, featuring a cosmetic set and 600 V-Bucks. However, in a recent update, some players were able to purchase it and obtain 1,000 V-Bucks instead.

Only new Fortnite accounts can receive additional V-Bucks from purchasing the Shaka Surfin’ Pack. Epic Games has not disclosed how new an account must be for players to be eligible. However, in the past, it meant players who had an account for less than 30 days or players less than two hours during the same period of time. Other players will pay the same price but only be able to obtain 600 V-Bucks from the pack.

This offer is exclusive to the holidays and will only be available until December 26. After this, the pack will grant 600 V-Bucks to all players regardless of when they created their account.

For those pondering if the Shaka Surfin’ Pack is worth the price, here is what is included in it:

  • Malibu skin
  • Sharkie back bling
  • Shaka Shark Slapper pickaxe
  • 600 V-Bucks or 1,000 V-Bucks
