While many have been keeping their fingers crossed for new major IPs to join Fortnite, the latest rumors are instead pointing to a niche corner of meme culture as the next “franchise” to debut in the game.

Fellow renowned Fortnite leaker HYPEX followed up with a comment confirming that two other sources have heard the same alleged information, with the Tung Tung Tung Sahur skin possibly “happening soon.” Despite the general hype that follows major Fortnite collaboration announcements, reactions to the potential Italian Brainrot leak have been decidedly split. Many players have voiced massive disappointment with Epic Games introducing “AI slop” niche meme mascots into a major AAA gaming space, though just as many die-hard Italian Brainrot fans have celebrated the rumor, even asking for other characters like Bombardino Crocodilo to be added as well.

A critical difference is that Skibidi Toilet was custom-made by a fan using Valve’s Source engine, while Tung Tung Tung Sahur was AI-generated.
