Raider Logbooks are among the many items players can find while scavenging in ARC Raiders, but knowing where to look for them can make a significant difference when trying to gather specific resources. Most Raiders take these small books for granted because they don’t know the real value of getting lots of them in a single run.
They are not only useful for upgrading the Research Station, but they are also the most efficient way to get Research Points to unlock Blueprints and Amplification Research. This guide explains how to get Raider Logbooks in ARC Raiders, including where to find them and the best locations to farm them efficiently.
Where to Find Raider Logbooks in ARC Raiders
Raider Logbooks are a research material (Tier 2 – Green) that only appears in Raider-related containers, and to be more specific, in three different containers: Raider Caches, Ammo Crates, and Medical Bags.
These small booklets contain a total of 100 Research Points and, by taking them to the Research Station, players can obtain these points to use in Blueprint, Amplification, and Design Research.
Players will also need 3 Raider Logbooks to upgrade their Research Station and unlock Weapon Amplification. So, as players might have guessed, leaving this loot unattended is not a good idea.
The best places to farm Raider Logbooks are Locked Rooms, since these often contain Medical Bags and Ammo Crates. The Locked Rooms, like the Classified Records Loot Room in Riven Tides, which actually has two doors to be opened successively, so there are plenty of these types of containers: at least 2 Ammo Boxes and a Medical Bag.
Since these containers do not appear all the time in the same exact spots, the most efficient way to farm Raider Logbooks is to keep track of special Loot Rooms. The Snow Shelters in Pendola Pass always have a Medical Bag and an Ammo Box, so that’s two guaranteed Raider Logbooks; plus, if players are lucky, they will also find Insulation Rolls, Laser Levels, and other important mats.
