A LEGO fan shared their progress on an impressive MOC figure that depicted a character in the iconic Power Armor suit from Fallout 3, complete with a weapon and some articulation. Several screenshots of the custom LEGO Fallout 3 armor build were posted on social media by the creator.
In short, MOC stands for My Own Creation, which refers to any custom LEGO designs or builds that usually do not follow a pre-made blueprint. MOC builds have long been utilized by LEGO creators as a way to depict characters, locations, or vehicles from franchises that may not have an official LEGO set available. For example, a Fallout fan previously crafted a LEGO MOC mini-figure of Mr. Handy using spare parts they had on hand.
PSA: Brand-New Fallout Game Was Reportedly Canceled Earlier This Year
With Xbox and Bethesda focusing on Fallout and Elder Scrolls, it’s worth highlighting that a new Fallout game was reportedly canceled early in 2026.
LEGO Fan Crafts Fallout 3’s T-45 Power Armor
Though their LEGO MOC build is considered a work-in-progress, one Fallout 3 player shared their take on a Power Armor suit from the franchise. Reddit user Inevitable-Slip9433 posted their T-45 Power Armor MOC build on the LEGO subreddit via seven screenshots. The LEGO depiction of the T-45 Power Armor was made using mostly gray bricks, with some black, yellow, and green pieces visible around the build as well. Inevitable-Slip9433 placed a gun in the figurine’s right hand, with a power cell attached to the right hip. The left hand features articulation that allows for different poses and gestures, such as a thumbs-up.

Each screenshot was taken from different angles, including the back and a close-up of the T-45 Power Armor helmet. A circular yellow brick was placed on the top side of the helmet to depict the headlamp. In response to Inevitable-Slip9433’s in-progress build, one Redditor remarked how the helmet could be tricky to make but expressed confidence that it could be done. Inevitable-Slip9433 said that the Fallout 3 Power Armor build took several days to create and they were aiming for the styles of Power Armor found in Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas. By comparison, the Power Armor suits of Fallout 4 are a bit bulkier by design due to these suits functioning more like walking vehicles than previous iterations.
The LEGO MOC Power Armor build came amid a busy time for the LEGO brand. An early July leak stated that six unannounced LEGO sets — themed around Zootopia, Winnie-the-Pooh, Harry Potter, and Fortnite — were slated to arrive in 2027. Given that HBO’s Harry Potter TV series will premiere in December, the release of a thematic LEGO set based on the show would be a timely arrival for fans of the franchise.
As for the Fallout series, rumors about a remake of Fallout 3 have continued to make the rounds on social media. Though it was absent from the June Xbox Games Showcase, one rumor indicated that a Fallout 3 remaster could arrive within the first half of 2027. As of this writing, Bethesda has not officially confirmed if Fallout 3 is getting a remaster. Ergo, fans should temper expectations until stated otherwise.
