Microsoft has unveiled the limited-edition Xbox Wireless Controller and Headset designed around Forza Horizon 6, Playground Games’ upcoming racing title. The Forza Horizon 6 Limited Edition Controller and Headset are now available for pre-order via the Microsoft Store, just a few weeks ahead of the game’s launch on Xbox and PC.
Forza Horizon 6 is the latest entry in Playground Games’ iconic racing series. The title is set in a fictitious version of Japan, with a stylized take on Tokyo serving as the main city that players can explore. Forza Horizon 6‘s open world is said to be the Forza franchise’s largest map to date, with routes that will take players through Tokyo’s streets, along with routes through Japan’s forests and its mountains. Forza Horizon 6 launches Tuesday, May 19, on Xbox and PC, with a PS5 launch coming sometime later in 2026.

Fans Should Check Out the Forza Horizon 6 Limited Edition Controller and Headset
Ahead of Forza Horizon 6‘s release, Microsoft has revealed two themed accessories for fans to add to their gaming setups. The Forza Horizon 6 Limited Edition Xbox Wireless Controller and Xbox Wireless Headset are now available for pre-order via the Microsoft Store, and are respectively priced at $89.99 and $134.99, with free shipping available. Both the Forza Horizon 6 controller and headset have a neon color scheme, with shades of blue, pink, yellow, and white throughout each product. The Forza Horizon 6 version of the Xbox Wireless Controller has two pink thumbsticks, blue bumpers and triggers, and multicolored face buttons. The Forza Horizon logo is located on the left side of the controller’s front plate, and the Horizon Festival logo is seen on the battery cover. The Forza-themed Xbox controller will include 2 AA batteries, so Xbox fans concerned about missing controller batteries will not need to worry.
Additionally, the Forza Horizon 6 Limited Edition Xbox Wireless Headset is available for Xbox and PC players to consider. The headset can wirelessly connect directly to an Xbox console without any additional dongles, and can also connect to Windows PCs via Bluetooth or a USB-C cable. Like other current iterations of Xbox’s first-party headset, the Forza Horizon 6 Limited Edition headset includes support for spatial sound technologies, including Dolby Atmos and Windows Sonic, and can be recharged via USB-C. Ergo, fans looking for a new headset for their Xbox console may consider the Forza Horizon 6 Limited Edition headset.
The Controller and Headset May Sell Out Fast
Both the headset and the controller will launch on May 19 alongside Forza Horizon 6 itself. Given that both the controller and the headset are thematic versions of pre-existing Xbox products, it is unclear how long the Forza Horizon 6 accessories will be available before selling out. However, Microsoft stated that other retailers will have the Forza Horizon 6 Limited Edition accessories starting Thursday, May 21, making the pre-order window exclusive to the Microsoft Store.
