The Danish toymaker will reportedly encourage early purchases with a unique gift-with-purchase promo set called 40896 The X-Files: Scully’s Lab. According to leaked information obtained by the Brick Tap community, the limited-time model will be available only to buyers of the main X-Files set.

The X-Files is not the only nostalgic Ideas-line set expected to arrive on August 1, with LEGO just announcing an immensely posable E.T. set due to debut on the same date.
