PC Gamers Have Until June 13 to Get 2023 Adventure Game Completely Free of Charge

PC gamers that want to add yet another free game to their digital libraries have a limited time to do so. PC gamers are treated to free games on a regular basis, especially if they are willing to utilize multiple storefronts. Steam and the Epic Games Store are the two most popular digital storefronts on PC, and both platforms have their fair share of free game giveaways.

In fact, there are multiple free games to claim on Steam and the Epic Games Store right now. On Steam, Tell Me Why is free until the end of the month, while Gravity Circuit is free until June 14. Tell Me Why is an episodic, narrative-driven adventure game that is notable for being the first major game release with a transgender main character, while Gravity Circuit is a critically-acclaimed 2D action platformer. Over on the Epic Games Store, Rogue Waters is free until June 11. Songs of Conquest is also free on EGS until June 11, at which point it and Rogue Waters will be replaced by The Ouroboros King and Warhammer 40K Speed Freeks, free until June 18.

All the Free Games You Can Claim in June 2026

During June, Steam, Epic Games Store, Amazon Prime Gaming, and more will hand out free games. Don’t miss a single one of them.

MicroCrawl is Free for a Limited Time

In the meantime, there’s a free game PC gamers can claim through Itch.io right now as well. MicroCrawl is free to claim until June 13, giving PC gamers the chance to add a 2023 adventure game to their digital libraries at absolutely no cost. MicroCrawl is described as a “bite-sized” point-and-click adventure game, inspired by 80s dungeon crawlers. If you are interested in the concept but happened to miss the free giveaway window, note that MicroCrawl typically retails for $1.99, so buying it certainly won’t break the bank.

Unfortunately, MicroCrawl doesn’t have much in the way of reviews. Only eight people on Steam have rated the game, with seven positive reviews and one negative review. The positive reviews praise MicroCrawl‘s atmosphere and story, though the negative review felt that the game never gets interesting. It seems MicroCrawl is somewhat of an acquired taste, but if you are a fan of the games that inspired it, it might just be up your alley.

microcrawl talk-1

Basically, if you are a fan of old-school Commodore 64 games, you will likely get a kick out of MicroCrawl. And if you do enjoy the game, it’s worth pointing out that two additional stories have been added at no additional cost. The Dead City and Prison expansions are both free and should ensure that you get even more out of the MicroCrawl experience than you would have otherwise.

There should be even more free PC games to claim this month. The Epic Games Store will have new games to claim every Thursday at 10:00am CST, and while it’s unclear when the next free Steam games will be available, they are undoubtedly on the way. It’s looking like there will potentially be 1-4 more games given away on Steam this month, with a couple already expected to drop in July. PC gamers will have to keep an eye out for more freebies in the days ahead, and should be sure to claim the currently-available free games while they are still up for grabs.
