On May 14, Diablo 4 released Season 4: Loot Reborn. True to its name, Loot Reborn focuses on making loot less tedious to collect and allows players to craft and create the gear they want for their classes, with player feedback taken into consideration during the season’s development. Among the major features of Loot Reborn was the Tempering system, which allows players to customize their gear with new Affixes, which can be further upgraded via the Masterworking feature. The itemization menu was also simplified for Diablo 4 players, as it will now show the basic statistics on a piece of loot and let the new Tempering and Masterworking systems handle most of the work.
